1. Online key cutting - Buy a cut key on the internet.
2. Go on Google Map and type 'locksmith store' in the search box to find a local locksmith who can cut and program your key
3. Follow the steps below to program the key yourself
4. Insert the 1st working key into the ignition key-hole and turn it to the ON state (Don’t start the engine).
5. Watch the immobilizer turn on (red light) and goes off, turn the key back OFF and pull it out.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the 2nd working key.
7. Insert the new properly cut PATS key into the ignition and turn it to the ON state. Then wait for the red immobilizer light to turn off which means that the new key is program.
8. Repeat steps 3 - 7 for each extra key

If you lost all your keys to a Mazda that made before 1998, your key has no chip. All you need to do is to go to the dealer or to a locksmith store with the VIN and create a new key.
